He Yilong and his entourage successively came to Liangping New Year's Painting Committee Studio, China Liangping Yuhai, Three Gorges Bamboo Expo Park, Shuangguihu National Wetland Park, "Two Museums and Two Centers", the capital of prefabricated vegetables in western China, Baili Zhuhai Tourism Resort and other places, through on-site inspection, listening to explanations, on-site exchanges, etc., to learn more about Liangping's promotion of the prefabricated vegetable industry, the integrated development of agriculture, culture and tourism, the construction of ecological civilization, and the construction of the CPPCC performance platform.

Everyone unanimously agreed that Liangping has beautiful pastoral scenery, profound agricultural civilization, excellent ecological environment, long history and culture, and solid industrial foundation. In recent years, Liang Ping has adhered to ecological priority and green development, adapted measures to local conditions, highlighted characteristics, and strengthened the primary production with the "five sons of rice, grapefruit, bamboo, duck and beans" as the starting point, the second industry with the incision of building the capital of prefabricated vegetables in western China, and the third industry with the focus on promoting the integrated development of agriculture, culture and tourism, and embarked on a high-quality development path with Liang Ping's recognition. The CPPCC District has built a platform for members to perform their duties in combination with the characteristics of the sector, the region and the strengths of the members, and further promoted the consultation activities of "Chongqing Affairs and Good Consultation, Please Advise Liangyan" and the construction of the committee members' studios, so as to effectively promote the extension of CPPCC consultations to the grassroots level.
