Wuping Fire Exploration Regional Joint Law Enforcement
Break through the barriers to law enforcement of township fire protection empowerment
In the work of township empowerment and law enforcement, fire hazards and illegal behaviors have always been a barrier restricting the implementation of territorial supervision in townships and towns. On April 17, the law enforcement team of the Wuping County Fire and Rescue Brigade went deep into the Wubei area of Wuping County to find "shortcomings", "pain points", and break "blocking points", and explore the establishment and improvement of law enforcement service guarantee mechanisms such as fire law enforcement business training, legal review of law enforcement matters, regular consultation and judgment of law enforcement empowerment, and regional joint law enforcement.
During the period, more than 30 law enforcement officers, including the Wuping County Fire and Rescue Brigade, the Wubei District Joint Law Enforcement Center of Wuping County, and the township of Wubei District of Wuping County, had an in-depth conversation on the current empowerment law enforcement work. The meeting answered questions and solved doubts about the current difficulties and pain points of township fire protection empowerment law enforcement, and further clarified the landing point of fire protection empowerment law enforcement. The fire law enforcement team also carried out joint fire safety inspections on key places in Taoxi Town, guided fire law enforcement work on the spot, taught law enforcement points, "hand-in-hand" demonstration, and "face-to-face" guidance, further standardized law enforcement behavior, and improved law enforcement capabilities.
In this regional joint law enforcement action, a total of 17 fire hazards were found, 4 notices of correction were issued within a time limit, and 1 administrative penalty was imposed on the spot. This measure extends the tentacles of grassroots governance, improves the efficiency of terminal governance, successfully breaks the regulatory barriers of "visible but uncontrollable", and forms a full-process closed-loop of discovery, punishment, implementation, and supervision of fire safety violations.
