Among the Hong Kong civil servants who have left their posts, some have followed the "immigration wave" in Hong Kong in recent years and have chosen to immigrate to the United States, Canada, Australia and other places, while others are really ignorant of the situation. As early as September 2023, the Civil Service Bureau of Hong Kong launched roving recruitment seminars in Shanghai and Beijing to introduce the jobs, employment opportunities and recruitment procedures of different grades.
