1. New crushing and grinding process - "crushing + high-pressure roller grinding + ball milling"
The conventional crusher is replaced with a single high-pressure roller mill with large processing capacity and high equipment operation rate, and the ore high-pressure roller is ground to 1-0mm, which truly realizes more crushing and less grinding in the concentrator.
2. Dry separation process of ultra-fine fine-grained fine ore
The ultra-fine-grained fine ore dry separation process is adopted, and the -1mm dry separation tail throwing rate reaches 50%, which not only reduces the amount of ore entering the mill, but also reduces the power consumption of the mill. It also reduces the pressure of tailings pond stacking, reduces the area of tailings pond, and makes the mine green and environmentally friendly.
3. Titanium "strong magnetic + flotation" process
This process enriches low-grade titanium to the point where it can be flotated before flotation, and then separates it by a high-concentration flotation titanium process. The conventional flotation concentration is 30-40%, the high concentration flotation concentration is 45%, and the ultra-high concentration flotation concentration used in this project is 50-60%, with good titanium separation effect and reliable technology.
Fourth, the vertical mill re-grinds titanium coarse concentrate
A vertical mill is a vertically mounted fine grinding equipment with a stirring device. The equipment can be finely ground efficiently to prevent overgrinding; Simple installation and small footprint; Low vibration and low noise during operation can improve the working environment.
At present, the reserves and production of zirconium ore resources in mainland China are relatively small, and the dependence on foreign countries is high.
