Ouyang Yu, Captain of the Yuelu Brigade of the Changsha Traffic Police Detachment, explained the whole process in English, and vividly and interestingly preached the "Road Traffic Safety Law", daily traffic signs, traffic police gestures and other practical legal content to the international students present through situational VCR, law popularization lectures, interactive questions and answers, etc., so that they could learn China's traffic laws while experiencing.
"I just arrived in China and my Chinese is not good, but Officer Ouyang's English is very good, so I can easily understand and learn about China's traffic laws. Li Jun, a freshman from Morocco, said. The international students also said that the course gave them a more comprehensive understanding of China's road traffic safety, and they will apply what they have learned in the future, carefully abide by traffic laws and regulations, and travel safely.
At this event, Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine joined hands with Changsha traffic police to open the "civilized traffic into the campus" co-construction plan, and specially appointed the traffic police in the jurisdiction to become the "civilized traffic publicity ambassador" of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and launched a series of lectures on "civilized traffic into the campus" to popularize traffic safety knowledge, cultivate good habits of college students to abide by traffic rules, and will open a "traffic theme practice class" course, so that international students can take to the streets, serve as traffic counselors, experience and maintain traffic safety, and comprehensively strengthen traffic safety awareness.
