It is worth noting that among the 15 leaders of the central inspection team, three of them are serving as the leaders of the inspection team for the first time in the 20th central inspection, namely Wang Xinzhe, Shi Kehui and Xi Hua.

Wang Xinzhe is currently the head of the discipline inspection and supervision team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission in the Ministry of Water Resources, and a member of the party group of the Ministry of Water Resources.

Shi Kehui is currently the head of the discipline inspection and supervision team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission in the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Central Committee.

Xi Hua is currently the head of the discipline inspection and supervision team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission in the General Administration of Sports, and a member of the party group of the General Administration of Sports.

Among the other 12 team leaders, Kong Shenggen, Wang Rongjun, Li Yingchun, Yang Xin, Chen Zhangyong, Yu Changhui, and Gao Fei 7 people have served as team leaders in the first and second rounds of inspections of the 20th Central Committee.

According to public information, Wang Xinzhe, male, Han nationality, born in February 1964, from Leting, Hebei Province, has served in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for a long time, and has served as the director of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's agency service bureau, director of the Finance Department, and chief economist.

In December 2019, Wang Xinzhe was transferred to the deputy ministerial-level inspection commissioner of the Central Inspection Group. In 2021, Wang Xinzhe took up his current position.

Wang Xinzhe has participated in the inspection work of the previous Central Committee. In March 2017, the 12th round of inspections of the 18th Central Committee carried out special inspections on the Party committees of 29 colleges and universities. At that time, Wang Xinzhe participated in the inspection work as the deputy head of the 13th Central Inspection Group.

In May 2021, in the seventh round of inspections of the 19th Central Committee, Wang Xinzhe was the leader of the second inspection team of the Central Committee. This is the first time that Wang Xinzhe has served as the leader of the inspection team.

In October 2021, the eighth round of inspections of the 19th Central Committee was completed, and Wang Xinzhe, as the leader of the second inspection team of the Central Committee, led the team to enter the Bank of Communications and the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

According to public information, Shi Kehui, male, Han nationality, born in July 1961, is from Pujiang, Zhejiang. Since 2014, Shi Kehui has successively served as a bureau-level discipline inspector of the General Office of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and deputy secretary-general and director of the General Office of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (vice minister level).

In 2017, Shi Kehui served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection. In 2021, he was transferred to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission in the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, and a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council. In 2023, Shi Kehui will take up his current position.

Shi Kehui has also participated in the central inspection work. In February 2016, Shi Kehui was stationed in the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and the former State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television as the deputy head of the first inspection group of the Central Committee.

The website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection has published articles written by him, such as "The Work Style of Prince Qing, a 'Naked Official' in the Qing Dynasty." In January 2015, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection recommended a batch of books for discipline inspection cadres, including Xi Hua's "Lessons from Chinese History".
