In 2024, some public institutions in Dongcheng District will openly recruit staff from the public. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment conditions

(1) Abide by the Constitution and laws and have good conduct.

(2) Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post.

(3) Have a bachelor's degree or above recognized by the state. The academic qualifications required in the job list are the highest academic qualifications obtained by the applicant. Fresh college graduates apply for the exam with the highest academic qualification they are about to obtain. For example, if the recruitment list requires only a bachelor's degree, master's and doctoral students cannot apply for the examination with a bachelor's degree.

(4) The recruitment positions are for fresh graduates in 2024, which are limited to ordinary colleges and universities included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding orientation and commission training), and have not had a labor (recruitment, hiring) relationship with any unit during the period of study with the highest academic qualification, and meet the recruitment conditions for 2024 Beijing household registration fresh graduates (including 2022 and 2023 graduates who have left school and are not employed).

(5) Returnees from Beijing who have obtained a foreign degree from January 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024 and completed the academic degree certification of the domestic education department, and meet the requirements for the position they apply for, but have not yet confirmed their work unit, can apply for the position of fresh graduates.

(6) If the recruitment position is for social personnel, it is limited to the deadline for registration, and it should have a permanent residence in Beijing, personnel administration and file relations in Beijing.

(7) The age of application is limited to 18 years old or above, of which, those who are 25 years old and below should be born after January 1, 1999 (inclusive), those who are 30 years old and below should be born after January 1, 1994 (inclusive), and those who are 35 years old and below should be born after January 1, 1989 (inclusive).

(8) For the classification of majors, please refer to the catalog of undergraduate and graduate majors (disciplines) published on the government portal (http://www.moe.gov.cn/) of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. For self-established majors (disciplines) and overseas study majors that do not have specific correspondence in the major (discipline) catalog, candidates need to communicate with the recruiting unit in a timely manner to explain the main courses, research directions and learning content, etc., and the recruiting unit will review it according to the professional needs of the position.

(9) Persons who have not yet been released from Party discipline or administrative discipline or are undergoing disciplinary review, as well as persons whose criminal punishment period has not yet expired or who are under investigation for suspected violations or crimes, must not participate in the application.

(10) Applicants should meet the relevant provisions of the recusal system and other conditions required by the post.

2. Registration and written test procedures

(1) Online registration

Registration time: 10:00 on April 24, 2024 to 16:00 on April 25, 2024. Candidates can log in to the online registration system to submit an application, and each person is limited to one position.

(2) Preliminary examination of online qualifications

After the candidate submits the registration information in the registration system, the recruiting unit will conduct a qualification review. Candidates must pay attention to the review results in the registration system at any time. If the application fails to pass the qualification review of the recruiting unit, it can be changed to other positions within the registration time period, and the candidates are requested to arrange the registration time reasonably and inquire about the review status in time. (3) Print the "Admission Ticket"

Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination should print the admission ticket from the "Admission Ticket Inquiry" column on the registration website (https://www.gongzhao.net/index.shtml) from May 10 to May 12, 2024.

(4) Written examination

The written test is scheduled to be held on May 12, 2024 (Sunday), and the specific time, place and precautions are detailed in the admission ticket.

The subject of the written test is the "Public Basic Competency Test". The content of the examination refers to the "Syllabus of the Written Examination for the Public Basic Ability of Public Institutions in Beijing (Trial)" (candidates can log on to the website of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Personnel Examination Service Channel Knowledge Garden column to download). There is no designated reference book for this exam.

The results of the written test and related information are planned to be announced in the "Notice and Announcement" column of the Digital Dongcheng website (http://www.bjdch.gov.cn/) in late June 2024. The written test results are subject to a 100-point system, and the passing score line is 60 points, and candidates who have not passed the passing score line in the written test are not included in the interview or professional test candidates. Each recruitment position is arranged in order from high to low in the written test score, and the interview or professional test candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:3;

3. Qualification review

After the results of the written test are announced, each recruiting unit notifies the candidates who intend to enter the interview or professional test for qualification review, and the qualification review must be provided by the candidates themselves to provide relevant materials in accordance with the requirements of each recruiting unit for qualification review. Materials include (both original and photocopy):

(1) The ID card and household registration booklet (in the case of collective household registration, a copy of the first page of the collective household registration and the page of the household registration of the applicant shall be presented);

(2) Academic qualifications and degree certificates recognized by the state, or academic certificates stamped by the university-level graduate employment department;

(3) Candidates who apply for the position of fresh graduates shall provide the graduate employment recommendation form stamped by the university-level graduate employment department and the transcript stamped by the school's academic affairs department;

(4) Other materials such as qualifications, professional titles, technical grade certificates, work experience certificates (such as labor contracts, social security certificates) and other materials required for the position, and the work experience is calculated until the end of registration;

(5) Returnees must provide the "Certificate of Foreign Academic Qualifications and Degrees" issued by the Service Center for Overseas Study of the Ministry of Education;

(6) Other relevant materials required for the recruitment position.

4. Interview and professional test

The announcement of the interview or professional test is planned to be published in the "Notice Announcement" column of the Digital East City website (http://www.bjdch.gov.cn/) in July 2024.

(1) Interview

The interview is conducted in the form of a structured interview, which is organized by the Dongcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the interview score is 100 points, and the passing line is 60 points, and only those who pass the interview can enter the next link.

(2) Professional testing

The professional test is organized by the recruiting unit, and the professional test score is a 100-point system, and the passing line is 60 points. The specific requirements of the professional test are subject to the notice of the recruiting unit.

(3) Announcement of the total score

The total score and related information will be publicized in the "Notice and Announcement" column of the Digital Dongcheng website (http://www.bjdch.gov.cn/), please pay attention to it at any time.

Total score = 50% of the written test score × + interview score (or professional test score) ×50%

2. Determination of candidates for physical examination

The total scores of the candidates are arranged in order from high to low, and the candidates for physical examination are determined according to the ratio of 1:1 for the position to be hired.

5. Physical examination and inspection

(1) Physical examination

After the total results are announced, each recruiting unit shall organize a physical examination in a designated medical institution, and the physical examination standards shall refer to the physical examination standards for civil servants. Only those who have passed the physical examination can enter the inspection stage. If the candidate has any doubts about the results of the physical examination, he or she can apply for a re-examination and go to the designated medical institution for a re-examination.

(2) Investigation

Based on the results of the physical examination, the employer will conduct a comprehensive examination of the political ideology, moral character, work ability and other aspects of the personnel to be hired.

6. Announcement of the proposed personnel

After passing the physical examination and inspection, the results of the proposed personnel will be publicized in the "Notice and Announcement" column of the Digital Dongcheng website (http://www.bjdch.gov.cn/). The publicity period is 7 working days, and if there is no objection to the publicity, the transfer procedures shall be handled. Before the announcement, if the candidate gives up or fails the physical examination or inspection, etc., the total score will be supplemented in turn. Once the announcement begins, it will not be supplemented.

VII. Notice to Candidates

(1) Strictly enforce the discipline of open recruitment, and implement the provisions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on the handling of violations of discipline in public recruitment by public institutions in accordance with the relevant examination discipline.

(3) The qualification review runs through the whole process of recruitment.
