However, the United States originally promised Duterte to invest hundreds of billions of dollars in the Philippines, but now that Biden said that he may not have money, Marcos Jr. should feel very regretful, because he got on the thief ship again and was played by the Americans again. Therefore, Marcos Jr. had no choice but to quickly express goodwill to the mainland, saying that the disputes in the South China Sea could be sat down and discussed.
In fact, there is no need to sit down and talk at all, as long as Marcos Jr. abides by these tacit agreements of the year, he can only transport daily necessities to the Sierra Madre, and is not allowed to transport building materials and other things, or send generals to secretly go up to take pictures.
