Hilton Garden Inn is located in the northeast of Shuangliu District Chengmaihui Complex, adjacent to Aokangda Famous Car Plaza, according to reports, the number of hotel rooms is expected to be about 200, equipped with all-day restaurants, outdoor landscape swimming pools, gyms, conference halls and other functional facilities.
The reporter learned that the current hotel façade has been fully capped, and the interior decoration project began in June this year and is expected to be put into operation in 2025.
It is reported that as a select-service hotel under the Hilton Group, Hilton Garden Inn has settled in Chengdu Shuangliu for the first time, and will rely on a strong international hotel management team and resources to establish a new model of Shuangliu International Hotel.
It is understood that in the middle of this year, the high-end commercial office building in the area, Maihong Building, the innovative commercial block of Maiyue Time, will also usher in the market node. Chengmaihui, a complex with an area of 230,000 square meters, will be built into a new regional landmark in Shuangliu, and continue to lead the high-quality development of the airport business district industry.
