At the beginning of the event, the leaders of the Hongshan Town People's Government and Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University jointly signed a co-construction agreement, Zeng Huibin, mayor of the Hongshan Town People's Government, and Professor Guo Weigui of the School of Public Administration and Law of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University delivered speeches respectively, and unveiled the Hongshan Town Community Cadre Training Base, the Agricultural University Industry-University-Research Cooperation Base and the Fixed Observation Point of Urban and Rural Public Governance.
