What are the scam tricks of scammers!
Unofficial ticket sales? Beware of porcelain!
We must be vigilant against "concert ticket fraud" and don't be tricked by "copycat ticketing websites"! Fraud gangs operate seemingly regular ticketing websites that sell high-quality imitation tickets, and ticket buyers often find out that they have been deceived when their admission is blocked.
Second-hand trading platform?
Scammers who claim to have a "mysterious internal ticket source" induce fans to skip formal platforms to trade privately, and disappear immediately after they succeed, causing ticket buyers to suffer heavy losses and have difficulty in protecting their rights.
New Telecom Fraud Tricks?
During the concert, "bureau-within-a-bureau" telecom fraud was frequent, with fraudsters disguised as ticketing boys stealing ticket buyers' bank information and stealing money through fake ticketing links.
Real-world examples
Recently, the Xuhui police cracked a fraud case, the suspect Yu used his former identity as a concert agent, under the banner of "a thousand yuan can be intimate photos with celebrities backstage", defrauding many fans of huge amounts of money.
The victim, Ms. Lu, suffered a "shattered dream of taking a group photo" after paying, and Yu immediately disappeared from the world. After Ms. Lu returned to China, she reported to the police and helped the police bring the suspect to justice.
After investigation, Yu was involved in more than 10 similar cases, with a cumulative fraud amount of more than 200,000 yuan, and the current criminal suspect Yu has been criminally detained.
