(1) Shooting and killing Chinese along the Yangtze River
Born in February 1916, Toshitoshi Yamaoka was drafted into the army in 1936 and became an infantryman in the 1st Brigade of the 33rd Wing of the 16th Division of the Japanese Army.
After the 16th Division crossed the Purple Mountain, it entered the city of Nanjing. On the day they came down from the Purple Mountain, as long as they caught the Chinese, whether they were men or women, they stuffed the truck into it until it was full.
Early the next morning, the Chinese in the vans were released, and they stood in four rows on the main square by the Yangtze River. The squad leader gave the order for a massacre, and the machine gun fire swept towards the crowd, and those who were shot fell one after another.

The massacre in Yujiangmen is even more heinous, as long as the Chinese catch it, they will be killed, and no reason is needed. The corpses of these slaughtered people were all thrown into the river. Many people who were injured but did not die were also forcibly dragged into the river.
There are countless corpses in the Yangtze River, and the corpses on the riverside are stacked in piles, like piles of waste products blocking the river. At that time, there were war correspondents who took photographs, and they all looked outrageous, let alone the situation on the ground.

(2) The girl smeared her face and hid in the house
The city of Nanjing has become a place of disorder, and it is not an exaggeration to call it a hell on earth.
The Japanese soldiers of the 16th Division entered the city of Nanjing, and they could snatch anything at will. The soldiers of the 33rd Wing smashed open the vault with hammers and snatched a lot of banknotes, and each Japanese soldier stuffed his trouser bag to the brim.
After robbing the vault several times, the Japanese soldiers began to grab eggs and food again, and later, after the food was grabbed, they went to rob the girls. It is no secret in the detachment that robbing girls and doing bad things, and all 10 Japanese soldiers in the detachment have done bad things.

There were many women in Nanjing, and the Japanese soldiers liked to go there to find girls. The Wing Commander ordered a ban on harassment of women, but no one took it seriously. Since there was no gendarmerie in the city, the Japanese soldiers had nothing to fear.
Japanese soldiers often climbed over the wall to enter private houses and forcibly took away girls. This kind of thing doesn't happen every day, but every hour, even every minute.
When they entered the homes of ordinary people, as soon as they searched for girls from inside the house or under the bed, the Japanese soldiers did bad things on the spot. Usually two or three people go together, and it is easy to be attacked and killed if they go alone, and one Japanese soldier was killed because he went out alone.
When two or three people go to find a girl, usually one person will do the wind and two people will do the bad things, and then they will take turns to do the bad things. There was also a detachment of 10 people who did bad things, and some girls were so tortured that they frothed at the mouth and died.

The girls blackened their faces and hid in the corners of the house, trying to dress themselves as old and ugly as they could. But the Japanese soldiers had already seen through their tricks, and as soon as the Japanese soldiers threw their sharp bayonets into the house, the girls were so frightened that they cried and followed.
Toshiichi Yamaoka recalled that he had given his comrades at least three to five times, and that the comrades-in-arms would do bad things on the spot in the house. When there are many people, they have to stand outside for a long time, sometimes for an hour or two. Some of the girls had a strong personality, and the Japanese soldiers could not shoot her to death.

The Japanese soldiers did bad things in the city, and the number of Japanese soldiers being killed was also increasing, which gave the Japanese soldiers a headache. As the gendarmes gradually entered the city, the Japanese soldiers did not dare to be as unscrupulous as they had when they first entered the city.
But there is one kind of person who can help them solve their troubles, and this kind of person is what the Japanese soldiers like the most, and that is the Chinese who have defected to the Japanese army. Chinese with a sense of justice call them "two imperial soldiers" and "two devils", or call them traitors who have forgotten their ancestors.
In order to ask for merit and reward, these people took the initiative to recruit girls for the Japanese soldiers. They all know exactly where there are girls and where they are hiding. They either took the Japanese soldiers to do evil, or directly tied up people and sent them to the detachment to ask for rewards.

There is a man named Wang Liman, who was a ruffian before the Japanese army entered Nanjing, and he did a lot of bad things. After the Japanese army entered the city, he became the happiest runner, honoring the Japanese soldiers before and after the saddle.
From December 13 to January 10 of the following year, he took at least 10 girls and women from inside and outside the city and sent them to the 33rd Wing. Wang Liman was soon promoted to the vice president of the maintenance association and received a 3,000 yuan military ticket reward.
At that time, there were many people like Wang Liman in the city of Nanjing, and before the Japanese army entered the city, some people set fire to the houses at night and guided the Japanese planes to bomb the barracks. After the Japanese army entered the city, some people betrayed their compatriots and rescued the soldiers who were hiding among the people and slaughtered them.

In the eyes of the Chinese, Wang Liman is "full of five poisons"; he made a fortune by harming his compatriots and promoted to an official position, and relied on the big tree of the Japanese army to fight for the tiger. The Chinese hate him to the bone and want to get rid of him quickly.
On February 10 of the following year, Wang Liman and his men went to Sansanxiang to find the "flower girl" as a birthday gift to Captain Sato. In the three alleys, Wang Liman found a sturdy woman wearing a cheongsam. When the woman saw Wang Liman, she turned around and ran into the depths of the alley.
Wang Liman chased after him with saliva as if he had found a treasure. chased to the corner of the alley, stabbed a dagger into his chest, and then twisted the handle of the knife hard, Wang Liman fell down and died in the alley. By the time the men caught up, the "woman" had already run away.
