In 2018, Ms. Xia married a man of the same age in a village in Fangcun Town, Tongshan District. In March 2020, my son was born. When he was 1 year old, his son had a high fever and convulsions, and the examination found that the child was stunted in all aspects.
Ms. Xia has never disliked her children, she rented a house near Xuzhou Children's Hospital, insisted on rehabilitation treatment for her son, and also applied for a disability certificate for her son. On the evening of January 31 this year, the husband rushed to Ms. Xia's mother's house and knelt in front of his wife abnormally, saying that the child was out of breath.
According to the forensic examination, the child was found to have died of mechanical suffocation caused by someone else to cover his mouth and nose. On February 2, the child's body was cremated. According to the cremation application form of Xuzhou Funeral Management Service Center, the time of death is January 31, 2024, and the cause of death is "homicide".
