Regarding the transfer of public income from Coral Bay Plot 4 to the owner's public account, on April 18, according to the implementation of the Chengyang District High-tech Convenience Service Center, Beijing Binzhi Jianing Property Company rented out about 800 square meters of property on the north side of Coral Bay Plot 4 on August 1, 2021, and the contract is from August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2026, and the contract has not yet expired.
In response to the problem of property use, the law enforcement squadron issued a notice of rectification on the property on April 12, 2024, and the law enforcement squadron will strengthen supervision and rectification. The public revenue of Coral Bay Plot 4 in the first quarter of 2024 has been completed, and after it is submitted to the High-tech Convenience Service Center and stamped, the notice board of the park has been posted.
It is understood that since May last year, there have been two property companies in the park, the old property company Beijing Binzhi Jianing Property and the new property Country Garden Property to jointly serve the owners. This status quo has been maintained for nearly a year, and we will pay attention to when it will be resolved.
