The product registration of the competition is divided into two stages, both stages are completed after the product information input and submission, that is, the registration is successful! The exhibitors who have completed the first stage of product registration and have not submitted the second stage of product information entry should also log in to the "Exhibitor Center - Innovation Competition Zone" as soon as possible to improve the product information.

Entry Requirements
1) Entries must be new products developed or released after May 2023
2) The product category of the entry must be edible processed food;
3) The applicant shall own the intellectual property rights of the participating products, and if it is a distributor or a non-manufacturer, it shall be authorized by the property owner to submit this product to the competition;
4) The applicant shall ensure that the submitted products comply with the laws and regulations of the country of origin or the country of sale;
5) Each company can declare multiple products.
Entry process
2023 Event Recap
Adhering to the principle of selecting innovative products that bring tangible benefits to consumers, and focusing on the five dimensions of pleasure, health, wellness, convenience and environmental protection, an independent and authoritative jury composed of professionals from industry experts, academics, media and consulting institutions selected the entries. In the end, a total of 150 products from China, France, South Korea and other countries were successfully shortlisted in the two competitions in Shanghai and Shenzhen, including many well-known brands such as Durian Moment, Jiejiele, Tomato Beating, Xuan Ma, Da Estate, Pulmuone, Sabah Wa, Zeng Wei, Shizuren, etc., and the products that won the gold, silver and bronze awards will be exhibited in the exhibition area of the 2024 SIAL Global Tour Innovation Competition.

SIAL International Food & Beverage Exhibition
SIAL 2024 (Shanghai) will be held from May 28 to 30, 2024 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
The 2024 SIAL Exhibition (Shenzhen) will be held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian) from September 2 to 4, 2024.
