Grass-roots Party organizations maintain close ties with the masses of the people, implement the Party's principles and policies, and propagate the Party's ideological spirit. Only by allowing grassroots party organizations to build a "red fortress" in the hearts of the masses and become the "backbone" of the masses can we give full play to the party's political advantages and improve the efficiency of grassroots governance. With the goal of building a strong party branch, the West Chafang community conscientiously implements the major requirements of the Party Central Committee on promoting the modernization of the grassroots governance system and governance capacity, based on reality, and always adheres to the leadership of party building to promote grassroots governance.
First, the construction of a strong branch as the first task
As the nerve endings of the party, grassroots party organizations should pay attention to self-building, strengthen their ability to comprehend the party's principles and policies, and improve their ideological consciousness and professional ability to solve difficulties for the people. The West Chafang community has always attached importance to ideological party building and theoretical strengthening of the party, insisted on in-depth study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, paid attention to the education and management of party members on a daily basis, and actively carried out "three meetings and one lesson" and "theme party day" Activities and other activities to strengthen the political theory knowledge of party members and cadres, enhance the party spirit of party members, stimulate the sense of mission and responsibility of party members and cadres, improve the party's combat effectiveness and cohesion, as well as the ability of the branch to carry out work, so that the party branch becomes the spiritual pillar in the hearts of community residents.
2. Take the party's work style and clean government as the fundamental guarantee
If the foundation is not firm, the ground will shake. Grassroots Party organizations should continue to promote the construction of Party style and clean government, strengthen the centralized rectification of Party organizations, in-depth study of Party rules and Party discipline, eradicate the soil suitable for the breeding of underworld corruption, and build a solid red fortress at the grassroots level. The West Chafang community conscientiously implements the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, puts the party's political construction in the first place, takes the study of party rules and party discipline as the main content of the party class learning, and guides party members to strengthen their sense of self-discipline, strictly abide by political discipline and political rules, firm and correct political position, consciously improve their moral sentiments, consciously play an exemplary role, and take the lead in practicing integrity and self-discipline. In the management of community party organizations, we have insisted that the construction of the party's work style is always on the road, strengthened daily management and supervision, and party members and cadres have effectively played a leading role and set a good example, and have achieved remarkable results in promoting the building of a clean and honest party style and anti-corruption work.
3. Serving the masses is a basic requirement

"West Chafang community adheres to the leadership of party building, pays attention to strengthening the construction of party branches, and strives to give full play to the role of grassroots party organizations as a fighting fortress and the vanguard and exemplary role of the majority of party members, and through effectively promoting the mass education and practice activities of "feeling the party's kindness, listening to the party, and following the party", and further promoting the "I do practical things for the masses" project, enhance the awareness of party members and cadres to serve the people, strengthen the contact with the people, and make all-round efforts to twist the grassroots party organizations into a rope and promote the comprehensive development of the party building of the branch. Under the leadership of the general party branch, the West Chafang community has comprehensively strengthened the grid strength, improved the grid management system, and committed to optimizing the grid and improving the organization in accordance with the requirements of "one network and one grid" for grassroots governance, focusing on the urgent and difficult problems of the community residents, doing daily visits, timely understanding of social conditions and public opinion, and constantly improving the ability to resolve contradictions and disputes, and effectively solving contradictions in the bud and resolving them at the grassroots level.
If the party is regarded as a towering tree, then the party branches at all levels are its root system, and the more developed and the more solid it is. Therefore, our party will be invincible only when every grassroots party organization becomes a powerful fighting fortress. In the future, the West Chafang community will continue to consolidate the "red fighting fortress" of the grassroots party organization, strive to lay a good grassroots foundation for high-quality development, and forge a strong party branch. Always adhere to the people-centered development philosophy, enhance the ability of grassroots party organizations to contact and serve the masses, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the masses to participate in grassroots governance, strengthen governance at the source, and continuously enhance the people's sense of gain, happiness and security in order to promote the quality and efficiency of grassroots social governance, and respond to the concerns and expectations of the masses with changes that can be seen and touched.
