Mengshi Technology is a luxury electric off-road brand launched by Dongfeng for the upgrading trend of off-road consumer demand, and the brand's Mengshi intelligent off-road architecture M TECH fills the gap of luxury electric off-road technology with super platform, super power and super off-road. Up to now, Mengshi intelligent off-road architecture has applied for more than 450 patents, including 11 domestic first technologies, 6 original technologies, and 3 military-to-civilian technologies, becoming a technological innovation pioneer in China's luxury electric off-road.
At present, Mengshi 917 has successfully passed the EU ECE and Middle East GSO vehicle certification, and has been simultaneously undergoing long-term road tests in global target markets to ensure its applicability and stability in different geographical environments.
In terms of service, Dongfeng Mengshi Technology has established a rapid service response mechanism and system overseas, which can provide convenient and efficient after-sales service. This move demonstrates the importance that Dongfeng Mengshi Technology attaches to overseas markets, and at the same time reflects the determination of Chinese auto brands to provide high-quality products and services on a global scale.
In fact, Dongfeng Motor's "going to sea" pace has been accelerating. From January to March this year, a total of 52,000 vehicles were exported, reflecting a 19.4% y/y increase. Exports of own-brand vehicles totaled 35,000 units, reflecting a 26% y/y increase.
At the same time, Dongfeng Motor insists on both commercial and commercial use, and continues to enrich the lineup of overseas models. At present, Dongfeng Motor has completed the development of 27 overseas models, including Fengshen Yixuan, VOYAH FREE, and commercial vehicle GX, and its products cover more than 100 countries in Europe, South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other regions.
In the field of passenger cars, Dongfeng Motor's main models have accelerated their breakthroughs in key overseas markets such as Europe and Central Asia, and Dongfeng brand passenger cars have achieved substantial growth for three consecutive years.
In the field of commercial vehicles, Dongfeng has achieved customized development according to the regulations, environmental differences, segmentation characteristics and user needs of various overseas markets, and has gained a good reputation in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa, the Americas and other regional markets. In the first quarter, Dongfeng Motor exported 15,800 commercial vehicles, up 75% year-on-year.
