On April 17, the Standing Committee of the Flag Committee studied and practiced the fine tradition of "four grassroots units", went to Hongqinghe Town and Suburga Town to investigate and hold on-site office meetings to help relevant towns, departments and enterprises solve problems in key projects and key work. Wu Yun, secretary of the flag committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Qiao Xiaojun, Wang Yanjun, Tian Fenqing and other banner leaders and responsible comrades of relevant towns and departments participated.
The participants successively went to the Wulan Modern Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Innovation Park, the Future Town Project, the 500MW wind-solar-storage integration project of the Ordos Zero Carbon Industrial Park, and the Dezhou Black Donkey Breeding Project in Bayinprague Village, Hongqinghe Town, to conduct field investigations, listen to the work report in detail, and carefully study the existing problems.
At the on-site office meeting, the responsible comrades of Hongqinghe Town, Suburga Town, Banner Water Conservancy Bureau, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau, and Culture and Tourism Bureau respectively put forward matters that need to be solved at the flag level. The comrades in charge of the Flag Committee and the Banner People's Government and the responsible comrades of the Flag Direct Department replied to the relevant matters one by one.
The meeting emphasized that Hongqinghe Town and Suburga Town should learn and apply the experience of the "Ten Million Project", build livable, workable and beautiful villages, provide for the elderly nearby, share common wealth, and cultivate characteristic agricultural and livestock products. All parks, towns and relevant departments should pay close attention to the work requirements determined through the "four grassroots" activities, further enhance the awareness of handing in the papers, anchor the goal, press ahead, improve quality and speed, and solidly promote the smooth completion of various key tasks as scheduled.
The meeting also studied and deployed various feedback problems rectification work and safety production work.
From the venue of the organ to the grassroots site, the "four grassroots" activity lasted for 3 days, targeted focus, joint diagnosis, helped the parks, towns (blocks) and relevant departments and enterprises to solve a number of difficult blocking problems, and realized the sinking to the front line of on-site office, solve problems and promote development.
