In order to comprehensively improve the emergency response capability and actual combat level of flood control and rescue, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property, on the morning of April 17, Jiaozhuang Township, Xiping County, organized an intense and orderly flood control emergency rescue drill.
The drill simulated the emergency situation of the water level of the river pit and pond skyrocketing, the water storage exceeding the standard, and the drowning of the masses due to heavy rain for several days.
At 10 o'clock in the morning, as the flood control siren sounded, the flood control emergency response teams quickly assembled, and in accordance with the division of labor according to the plan, they quickly threw themselves into the work of emergency rescue and disaster relief. After arriving at the predetermined location, as Zhang Fengyu, secretary of the township party committee, issued a rescue order, the reconnaissance drone took off to investigate the situation of the scene, and the rescue team and rescue team carried rescue equipment such as assault boats, life jackets, and lifebuoys to carry out emergency life-saving, embankment reinforcement, leakage plugging and rescue, etc.; the personnel transfer group was responsible for transferring the injured people and guiding the masses to evacuate in an orderly manner; the medical rescue team was on standby at any time to provide timely rescue and medical services for the injured people; and the logistics support group ensured the timely supply of relief materials and provided strong support for emergency rescue and disaster relief.
The whole exercise process was tense and orderly, and the tacit cooperation between the groups achieved the expected drill effect. Through this exercise, the feasibility and effectiveness of the flood control emergency plan were not only tested, but also the rapid response ability and actual combat level of the flood control emergency response team were also improved.
