Step 1: Open "With Application", search for "Separation of Households", select "Residence Registration Acceptance of Persons with Household Registration", enter the page, select the first item "Residence Registration Acceptance of Persons with Household Registration", and then select the orange acceptance option.
After reading the instructions, click "I already know, handle it now".
Step 2: Read the application conditions, fill in the information, and select the handling method, either in person or by guardian.
If you choose a guardian, you need to fill in the contact information of the guardian, the name and ID number of the applicant (minor).
Select "Type of Residence" and live in a house that you have purchased or rented a house.
After filling in the information, click "Next".
Step 3: After entering the information filling page, check the name, ID card, ethnicity and other relevant information, and fill in the detailed address of the place of residence after confirming that the information is correct.
Select the reason for residence according to the actual situation.
Select Relationship with the homeowner
After filling in the information, click "Next".
Step 4: After entering the pick-up method page, select the pick-up method, and pick up at the reception center or express delivery (only for in-city payment). "Reception Center" refers to the reception center of the town where the residential address of the separated household is located.
If you choose postal delivery, you need to fill in the detailed address in the city.
Once completed, click "Next".
Step 5: Enter the upload materials page, upload the materials as required, and use the license if you have an electronic license.
Once the material is uploaded, click "Submit".
