Taking the factory as his home is the norm for Sui Chunlei. As the person in charge of the dehydrogenation region, Sui Chunlei gets up early every day to track and coordinate the implementation of the project, and in addition to being on duty at night, he is to sort out the report and write a work summary. Under his leadership and efforts, the dehydrogenation area was the first to be replaced, and the isolation of 526 blind plates took only two and a half days, more than 10 heat exchangers completed high-pressure cleaning, and the compressor speed control valve was replaced, and the condensate pipeline transformation and other projects were completed in an orderly manner.
With the approach of the overhaul delivery production time, Sui Chunlei meticulously carried out process integrity inspection, system airtightness and nitrogen replacement, eliminated all obstacles that affected the start of construction, ensured the safety of the introduced materials, and avoided the phenomenon of "running, rising, dripping and leaking".

In this overhaul, Chai Yushan is mainly responsible for the technical transformation project of P-281 pump and R-103 reactor, which is the critical path of overhaul, especially the P-281 technical transformation project is one of the main lines of overhaul. As the person in charge of the construction of the project site, he took the trouble to check the construction plan with the contractor before each operation, confirm whether the site has the working conditions, and go through the relevant procedures to avoid malfunctions.
Check valves are generally installed horizontally, but the P-281 pump is designed in a vertical pipe in the technical design drawing, which will cause the valve to not function as well as it should in the future. Chai Yushan found a problem when the operation was confirmed, and immediately reported it to the relevant leaders. After the leadership research and decision, the check valve was displaced, which avoided the occurrence of rework in time and ensured the progress and quality of maintenance.
In the instrument debugging, he will give full play to the truth. The output and feedback deviation of the control valve is 1.5%, and he requires re-calibration until there is zero deviation. "Now the instrument work is done more carefully, the next step will be the smoother the start of the device, if one by one as a small problem to let go, the later impact of the start of construction is more than worth the loss. During the inverted blind plate in the ethylbenzene area, multiple gas alarms on a platform are constructed. After learning of the situation, he carried a "four-in-one" detector, inspected layer by layer, and checked everywhere to see if there was a leak, and finally found a gas leak in the guide shower on the fourth floor. He immediately arranged for personnel to tighten and eliminate the hidden danger in time.
After the process was delivered for maintenance, Zhou Jian, as a safety guardian, became the "king of finding faults". He is stationed at the construction site every day, and once he finds that the construction personnel have dangerous actions and illegal operations, or the wearing of safety belts, gloves, glasses and other protective equipment is not complete, he will unceremoniously criticize and correct.
