On April 18, at the project site of the new campus of Dehua No. 5 Middle School, workers were working on water and electricity construction, interior decoration and playground site leveling, and the project site was in order.
It is understood that the new campus project of Dehua No. 5 Middle School has a total land area of about 45,000 square meters, a total construction area of about 41,000 square meters, and a total investment of about 209 million yuan.
The project mainly constructs 1 comprehensive building, 4 teaching buildings, 1 dining and accommodation building, outdoor playground and other ancillary facilities, and the school scale is 48 classes after completion, accommodating 2,400 students, which can effectively alleviate the pressure of urban schooling after the completion of the project.
The project will start construction in January 2023, and up to now, the indoor and outdoor decoration of the 1# and 2# buildings has been completed by 95%, the interior decoration of the 3# and 4# buildings has been completed by 90%, the indoor and outdoor decoration of the 5-7# buildings has been completed by 70%, and the water and electricity construction of each building has been synchronized, the leveling of the playground annular runway site and the pouring of local cushion have been completed by 60%, the installation of outdoor rain and sewage, water supply and fire pipes has been completed by 60%, and the outdoor pavement has been completed by 50%. The project is scheduled to be completed in July, and the completion acceptance and filing procedures will be completed in August.
