Wu Fei: I attend classes for my own happiness

author:New Net Division

Teacher, have you ever had burnout?

As life gets faster, when chaos and stress envelop you, "burnout" can take advantage of it.

How to combat this "burnout" and how to have happiness and joy in the teaching profession?

Wu Fei, a special teacher, gave the answer: do a good job in class.

Wu Fei: I attend classes for my own happiness

01

I take classes for my own pleasure

I was in the classroom until the day I retired.

I've never suffered from classes, I've never been bored, I just feel tired sometimes.

I can find the joy of class, I test my thinking every day, and I may get unexpected surprises in every class:

When the bell rings at the end of class, some students will wake up their contemplation, and some students will chase me to ask questions, and sometimes I will use a rhetorical question to make them suddenly realize and run with joy......

These pleasures are known only to me. If it was meaningless labor, I might have "sworn to go to you" long ago, and I would have slipped away, life is so short, why force myself?

Every time I hear someone compliment me on "sticking to the classroom", I feel as if this person has no knowledge, at least, he is not the one who "knows".

Do not think that the land is only the groans of the farmer's pain, and that free thought can also make a person work happily and live quietly.

02

Teaching is a career that suits me

When I retired, I still thought that teaching was a suitable profession for me, and teaching was a skill that I was able to master.

This job allows me to enjoy thinking and discovering, and it makes my life fulfilling.

A teacher has more than 10,000 lessons in his limited professional experience, and every time he takes a lesson, he will miss one lesson, and I am teaching with my life, and I will naturally cherish each lesson as if it were a part of my life.

If you waste this lesson, you are ruining a part of your life—the student's and mine. I have to do my best, I have to be attentive.

I try to let students know about teachers and teaching, so that they can understand that fun is the light that guides people to cherish life, and as a human being, you must choose a career that suits you, and at the same time, you must have the endowment of "love".

03

Take classes that are satisfying to you and easy for students

It was only after middle age that I truly experienced the feeling of "standing with a knife, looking around for it, and being full of ambition" after Ku Ding unraveled the cow.

The joy (or loss) that I feel when I leave the classroom after class is something only I know.

Does anyone know why I said those two sentences in the 35th minute?

Does anyone know that I didn't expect the students to have that kind of explanation before I asked the question?

Does anyone know that I was just a whim?

Does anyone know why I waited more than 10 seconds after I asked?

Does anyone know which student in the class is no longer frowning, and which student is bright-eyed......

I hope to have a class that I am satisfied with and that the students are relaxed in a harmonious atmosphere.

04

Don't give up on the pursuit just because you can't see the results

Although there are regrets in every class, and although I often feel frustrated, I can see yesterday's shortcomings every day, and I will continue to look forward to new things every day.

I later realized that there could not be the most satisfying class, because all the people in the class were moving forward, just like me.

Teachers need to have a clear understanding of the role of the individual.

In school, there is no omniscient person, only teachers who are full of learning consciousness and are always learning.

Allowing students to see a person who has been learning despite a limited level (or a high level) is a valuable "teaching".

"Your efforts are clueless, your ideals are impossible to achieve, why should you think about that?"

Of course, I understand that there is an end to life and there is no end to knowledge, but I will not give up my pursuit as a human being just because I can't see a result.

I chose a career that suited me, and I found something out of my work, and I felt satisfied with the long-term enjoyment of my work.

Now, when I talk to young and middle-aged teachers about professional cultivation, I can't help but say, "For your own happiness, do your class well." ”
