Before the experience, the teacher at the base taught us how to protect ourselves at school when the earthquake struck, and we followed the teacher to do the protective action, squatting down, covering the back of the neck with both hands, covering the most vulnerable head with cushions, and then quickly getting under the desk. After learning the emergency knowledge, we began to feel the power of the earthquake on the earthquake simulation platform, as soon as the simulation device was started, the whole platform became shaky, and the friends couldn't help but stagger, let out bursts of exclamations. As the magnitude of the earthquake increased, the simulator shook more and more, and I truly experienced the power of the earthquake.
On Sunday, we went to see Asia's largest man-made dam plain reservoir, the Thorn Flood Reservoir. My uncle, who works here, told us that Qingdao is a city with a serious shortage of water, and that the water from the reservoir is brought from the Yellow River to Qingdao, supplying more than 90% of the residents in Qingdao's urban area. My uncle told us about the importance of saving water and the tips for saving water every day. My uncle also awarded us the medal of "Little Water Conservation Propagandist". When I pick it up, it will lie on my back on my hands and stretch out its arms and legs, which is very cute.
Like other hamsters, he likes to live in a cardboard box covered with grass wool, maybe the grass wool is like a warm big quilt for him! Especially at one or two o'clock in the afternoon, when the sun is hot, whenever I move the cardboard box to the balcony full of sunlight, after lunch, Rulai will climb in and lie lazily on it, and after a while, he will fall asleep.
As Rulai slowly grows up, its "foodie" nature is exposed.
It is a typical representative of everything that is eaten. Whenever I tease him with a piece of food, he will raise his little paws high and look at the food in my hand, as if to say, "Give me food, give me food!" In addition to three meals a day, it usually eats some small snacks, such as freeze-dried, beef cubes, millet flowers, etc., which is really a veritable snack goods.
Rulai is still a "scholar", this prestige comes from an interesting incident when he first came to our house.
At first, I still used a small cage for Rulai, but after a few days, it suddenly disappeared! I searched left and right for a long time, and finally found it in a corner of the sofa, and I put it back in the cage. Just as I wondered how it got out of the cage, I was stunned by the scene in front of me!
