On April 16, with the sound of the majestic gavel, the Jiaxiang Court held an open hearing of an administrative licensing case. What is different from the past is that in the trial courtroom, more than 40 people, including the principal responsible persons of the county administrative examination and approval service bureau, the person in charge of the business section, and the person in charge of the relevant departments directly under the county government, were also invited to observe the whole process of the trial of the case.
In the course of the trial, under the guidance of the presiding judge, all parties presented and debated evidence in accordance with the procedures around the key points of the trial, and expressed their arguments. The whole trial process is standardized, orderly and interlocking, bringing an "immersive" trial experience to the on-site trial observers.
After the trial, the comrades who observed the trial unanimously agreed that the trial activities embodied the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, and used typical cases as "living teaching materials", which further enhanced everyone's legal awareness, and gained a deeper understanding of the investigation of the facts of administrative acts, procedural norms, application of law, and the appearance of the responsible persons of administrative organs in court to respond to lawsuits, which is conducive to further improving the awareness of administrative organs in accordance with the law and the level of responding to lawsuits in accordance with the law.
In the next step, the Jiaxiang Court will take this trial observation activity as an opportunity to continue to put supervision is support and support is supervision throughout the whole process of administrative adjudication, strengthen the linkage between the government and the court, promote the dual promotion of administrative law enforcement and administrative adjudication, and boost the construction of a rule of law government.
