On April 16, Xixian New Area held the 2024 Manufacturing High-quality Development Conference to fully implement the requirements of provinces and cities to accelerate the development of the manufacturing industry, and arrange and deploy the high-quality development of the advanced manufacturing industry in 2024.
With the theme of "Building an Advanced Manufacturing Base and Building a Modern Industrial System", the conference introduced the development status of the manufacturing industry in the new area, the three-year action plan, supporting facilities, enterprise employment services and related policies. Representatives of four enterprises, namely Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shaanxi Branch, Shaanxi Xixian Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Taihe Intelligent Drilling Co., Ltd., and Xi'an Shengbaohong New Material Technology Co., Ltd., spoke respectively.

Certificates were awarded to 10 investment ambassadors on the spot, and enterprises with outstanding contributions to advanced manufacturing, outstanding enterprises with steady growth in advanced manufacturing industry and excellent service units were commended in 2023.
The "Industry Alliance" was unveiled
The establishment of the industrial alliance will play a positive role in building an industrial ecosystem, promoting the transformation and upgrading of various industries in the new area, and laying a good foundation for regional development.
In the signing process, the relevant units of Xixian New Area signed a reinvestment project with the enterprises in the area, and will build Taihe Intelligent Drilling Headquarters Base, Shaanxi Wiseman High Voltage Power Supply Intelligent Innovation Production Base, Intelligent Production Line and Engineering Research Center for Key Parts of High-performance Aero Engine, Aero Engine Gas Turbine Parts Production and Assembly Project, Composite Material Intelligent Automatic Wire Laying Machine Capital Increase and Expansion Project, etc. At the same time, 10 enterprises in the zone signed a cooperation agreement to cooperate in the automotive equipment supply chain, photovoltaic industry, intelligent drilling rig and frame production, processing copper conductors, packaging materials, etc., to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
