In order to enhance the safety awareness of teenagers, improve their self-protection and self-rescue capabilities, and effectively prevent the occurrence of youth drowning accidents, recently, the Jinghai Youth League District Committee, the Jinghai District Blue Sky Rescue Team, and the District Red Cross Society jointly held a drowning prevention safety education and football donation ceremony in Xiliumu Primary School in Liangtou Town, jointly building a safety barrier for students to prevent drowning and escort the healthy growth of students.
During the activity, members of the Blue Sky Rescue Team from Jinghai District focused on common drowning cases, from the aspects of staying away from dangerous waters and how to save themselves if they accidentally fell into the water, and warned students not to go to rivers, canals, reservoirs and other dangerous waters to play and play without being accompanied by their parents.
Subsequently, in the simulation exercise, the members of the Blue Sky Rescue Team also explained the importance of emergency rescue to the students, and focused on teaching the standardized operation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation through operation demonstrations and interactive teaching, so that teachers and students can understand and master the basic rescue skills.
"After listening to the explanations of the uncles and aunts of the Blue Sky Rescue Team, I learned the methods of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and also learned how to save myself, improved my safety awareness, did not swim in the river, and prevented drowning accidents. Sun Tongfei, a member of the Jinghai District Blue Sky Rescue Team, said that since its establishment, the rescue team has participated in more water rescues, and they brought these safety knowledge into the campus in order to improve the safety awareness of students and at the same time, give full play to the strong role of the Blue Sky Rescue Team as a social emergency force.
After the drowning prevention safety education, the Jinghai Youth League District Committee, the District Red Cross Society, and the District Blue Sky Rescue Team also donated more than 100 soccer balls to Xiliumu Primary School in Liangtou Town to help the development of youth campus football activities, comprehensively promote quality education, and promote the healthy growth and all-round development of teenagers.
