In order to thoroughly study and implement the newly revised "Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets", establish the concept of the rule of law of guarding state secrets, and safeguard national sovereignty, security, and development interests, the Central Secrecy Office (State Secrecy Bureau) released the public service film "One Second" to the whole society on April 16.
By enumerating the leakage of secrets that may occur within one second and the risk of leakage that can be avoided, the propaganda film profoundly explains the importance of tightening the strings of security and confidentiality at all times and safeguarding the security of state secrets with vivid and intuitive pictures, and guides the public to conscientiously study and implement the newly revised Secrets Law, firmly establish the awareness of guarding state secrets, consciously fulfill the obligation of guarding state secrets, and convey the concept of "building a line of defense for confidentiality, and everyone is responsible for citizens" to the whole society.
