The flow of visitors to the store is mainly to experience the appearance and functionality of the new mobile phone. The reporter noticed that the prices of these new flagship products are mostly concentrated in the range of 6,000 to 10,000 yuan.
According to the data, from January to February 2024, the output of smartphones in mainland China was 172 million units, a year-on-year increase of 31.3%, and the cumulative shipment of mobile phones in the mainland market was 46.035 million units, a year-on-year increase of 14.6%, and 50 new models of domestic mobile phones were listed, a year-on-year increase of 22.0%.
The person in charge of a mobile phone manufacturer told reporters that at present, the mobile phone factory avoids the shortage of hot-selling products by stocking up for 1 month to 3 months in advance, and adjusts the response time of the production line according to changes in demand within 2 days to ensure that product diversity and demand are dynamically matched.
In addition, the factory is also increasing investment in production lines for new product forms such as folding screens and AI mobile phones, and actively expanding the supply chain of new core components such as bent screens, AI chips, and hinges.
