Recently, the Fengman District People's Procuratorate held a research and analysis meeting on the procuratorial work in the first quarter of 2024 to comprehensively summarize the procuratorial work in the first quarter and study and deploy the next stage of work. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Haiying, Secretary of the Party Group and Procurator General, and attended by the leaders of the court and the heads of various lines.
At the meeting, the case management department reported on the procuratorial business data from January to March, and the person in charge of each line reported on the work since the beginning of this year, the existing problems and the next work measures around the business indicators and key work of the line. The leaders in charge of each department commented on the work of the department in charge and put forward specific requirements.
Procurator General Zhang Haiying pointed out that the work of our hospital from January to March was generally good, the key work was carried out in an orderly manner, and all departments of the hospital were able to anchor the work goal of striving for the national first-class put forward by the party group of the municipal court, forge ahead and work hard. In order to comprehensively promote the quality and efficiency of the Fengman procuratorial work, Procurator General Zhang Haiying put forward five requirements for the next stage of work:
First, we should focus on the assessment plan and adhere to the goal orientation. All departments should refer to the performance evaluation indicators issued by the higher courts, and deeply understand and grasp the connotation and definition of the indicators. It is necessary to strengthen the dynamic management and daily research and judgment of performance targets, timely early warning and timely research and resolution of unsatisfactory indicators, and ensure that all work is completed with high standards and high quality.
Second, it is necessary to standardize the filling in of case cards and pay close attention to the quality and efficiency of cases. Case management departments should continue to do a good job of operational statistical analysis, dynamic data monitoring, and other such work, promptly issuing early warnings and reminders, and promoting the rectification of outstanding problems. Case quality evaluations should be carried out on a regular basis, persisting in combining key cases, routines, and individual case evaluations, to increase the pertinence and effectiveness of case evaluations.
The third is to take special projects as the starting point and adhere to the integration of duties. In accordance with the work arrangements of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, provincial courts, and municipal courts, all departments should carry out in-depth special actions of "procuratorial protection of enterprises" and "procuratorial protection of people's livelihood", give full play to the functions of the "four major procuratorates", consciously focus on the center and serve the overall situation, and strive to create a stable, transparent, standardized, and predictable legal environment for high-quality economic and social development.
Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen information publicity and do a good job in case cultivation. Each department should closely link the actual case-handling work, combine the key work of the higher court, focus on excavating the highlights of daily work, think more, summarize diligently, and write more typical cases and information publicity manuscripts, to further increase the ability and level of writing.
Fifth, it is necessary to do a good job in propaganda and guidance and strengthen the building of positions. Adhere to the principle of the Party's management of ideology, and fully implement institutional mechanisms such as ideological work and emergency response to public opinion. Strictly implement the requirements of the "three synchronizations" work, strictly control the release of procuratorial dynamic information, promptly carry out ideological risk investigation and risk assessment work, and create a clear-cut atmosphere of public opinion.
