The supporting base of LONGi Green Energy Photovoltaic Industrial Park (Phase I) covers a total area of 106 acres, with a total construction area of about 84,000 square meters, mainly including green glue workshops, R&D buildings, chemical warehouses, hazardous waste warehouses and other buildings. Among them, the construction of the green rubber workshop is the most critical and complex. The completion and commissioning of this project will also further improve the production supporting conditions of the LONGi Green Energy Photovoltaic Industrial Park project in Jinghe New Town, and help the optimization and acceleration of regional industries.
Since the start of construction of the project, Jinghe New Town has adhered to the core of quality and safety and standardized management, improved the efficiency of supervision, ensured the control of key nodes, and actively organized all participating units to continuously optimize the allocation of various resources such as personnel, materials and machines, so as to ensure the efficient and high-quality progress of the overall construction progress of the project.

Robots become the "main force" in smart factories
Recently, three automated glass production lines have been put into full operation in the smart factory of CSG's Northwest Production Base, which can roll off 15,000 square meters of insulating energy-saving glass and coated glass every day.
CSG's northwest production base is located in the new industrial belt of Qinhan New Town, including 1 factory, 1 office building and related supporting facilities, and the production line adopts advanced slicing, edging, tempering, coating, hollow and other processes to deeply process the original float glass sheets, which can fully meet the customized needs of different customers.
At present, the plant has been completed and put into operation, and the office building, dormitory building and supporting facilities are under construction in an orderly manner. After the project is fully put into production, it can produce 2.1 million square meters of insulating energy-saving glass and 3.5 million square meters of coated glass annually, becoming the high-end building energy-saving glass production base with the highest degree of equipment automation, the largest production capacity and the most complete product varieties in Northwest China.
Different from traditional manufacturing, which relies on manual labor, CSG's northwest production base is a smart factory that interacts and manages glass through smart connections. The base currently has 180 employees, only about half of the traditional factory, and a high degree of intelligence and automation is the basis for the realization of smart factories.
At present, the company has mastered the world's leading Low-E glass production technology, will mainly provide high-quality glass products for the northwest region, has achieved commercial operation, and has set up sales offices in Shaanxi, Shanxi, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang and other places, with an estimated annual output value of 500 million yuan and an annual tax payment of 48 million yuan.

As the first batch of signed projects of Qin Chuangyuan's general window, the core team of Wisdom Valley Technology has an average of more than 10 years of research experience in semiconductors, optical communications and other industries, and has successfully broken through a number of neck technologies in the field of efficient heat dissipation such as optoelectronic chips and photoelectric sensors by virtue of its years of exploration in the field of "hard technology".
Up to now, the research results of the team have served more than 30 upstream and downstream enterprises, forming four specialized common technology platforms for photoelectric heat dissipation material preparation, material molding, intelligent manufacturing, and photoelectric packaging, and five types of photoelectric heat dissipation materials, including copper diamond heat sink, fast prefabricated gold-tin cover plate, and nano silver paste interface material, to break the foreign monopoly and achieve import substitution.
