It is understood that in June 2019, the second phase of the Ministry of Education's pilot project for primary and secondary school principals, named after Guo Caixia, settled in Dongsheng District, becoming the first "national brand" principal studio in Ordos City.
Since the establishment of the "Principal Guo Caixia Studio", she has led members to go to schools in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province in batches to carry out teaching, lectures, and student assistance activities. The members of the studio give lectures and training for regional schools according to their own expertise, radiate the surrounding areas, and the surrounding schools actively participate in studio activities and study in member schools. It also makes full use of the resources of the "National Training Plan" primary and secondary school principals pilot project training base for the principals' studio.
