The Russian-Ukrainian special military operation has entered 783 days on April 16, and on the 1,200-kilometer line of contact between the two armies in the Donbass, the two armies are attacking and defending in individual directions, but most areas are fighting a tug-of-war. At the time of the confrontation, the two sides also began to attach importance to training troops on the front line of the battlefield and carried out targeted coordinated training aimed at specific targets. On April 16, Phoenix TV reporters visited a training center of the Russian army somewhere in the Donbas. According to the commander of this unit, the soldiers trained here are the front-line backbone of combat preparations for assault operations, and are the commanders of grass-roots units such as training class leaders, platoon commanders, and company commanders. These training sites are built with 1:1 restoration of the terrain that is about to achieve the assault target.

Instructors of the Russian army:

Every day, we practice completing the lesson of defeating the enemy at this complex terrain point. Our training cycle is 3 months, and we follow the curriculum every day to complete the target subject occupation. The course includes physical fitness, attack, ambulance, artillery and tactical maneuvers, shooting, as well as individual rocket and missile shooting, as well as all active equipment and armor coordination. The soldiers who train here know why they are coming, understand their training tasks and follow the command. Here there is only obedience, there is no disobedience to orders, orders are forbidden, and instructions are fulfilled.

In the training ground, the instructors are veterans who have been through a hundred battles and have rich combat experience. Among these personnel, the former Donbass militia and Wagner instructors account for the majority, and the instructors of the service and arms are from professors and staff officers of the Russian military academy who are fighting on the front line.

The training on the 16th was for the squad assault group to break through the enemy's defense in a specific area, occupy the commanding heights, and cover the second offensive echelon to enter the designated area.

The trained Russian squad platoon commanders believe that in battle, comrades-in-arms need to help and cooperate with each other.

In addition, during the training, the Russian army also paid special attention to improving the combat skills of military personnel in the use of small arms, including large-caliber Kalashnikov machine guns, AK-74 assault rifles and modern AK-12 firearms in service with the Russian army. At the same time, experts from Russian military academies also taught the trainees to learn the relevant operations of NATO-standard equipment currently used by the Ukrainian army.
