Among them, 11 people from Shandong were selected. Wang Yanping, a teacher from Qiling Middle School in Linzi District, Zibo City, was selected.
The Department of Teacher Work of the Ministry of Education will combine the training plan for famous teachers and principals of primary and secondary schools in the new era, and include the selected teachers in batches into the studio of famous teachers and principals for training, or adopt other training methods to carry out capacity building. All provincial-level administrative departments for education should include qualified outstanding young rural teachers in the training sequence of local backbone teachers, famous teachers, and rural chief teachers, and give them key support and training. The China Teacher Development Foundation and the People's Education Publishing House will reward the selected teachers, and the reward standard is 10,000 yuan per person (after tax).
