Wu Bin, born in Binzhou in 1971, graduated from Qingdao Arts and Crafts School in Shandong Province in 1993 and is the vice president of Binzhou Media Painting and Calligraphy Institute. He is a member of Shandong Artists Association, deputy secretary-general of Shandong News Artists Association, director of Shandong Painting and Calligraphy Society, vice president of Binzhou Staff Art Professional Committee, vice president of Binzhou Chinese Painting Society, vice chairman of Binzhou Youth Artists Association, and member of the presidium of Binzhou Artists Association.
