His speech on social media platforms is like a morning bell and a dusk drum, calling on Lai Qingde to adhere to the "92 Consensus" and regard it as an indispensable and important cornerstone of cross-strait dialogue and exchanges.
However, the DPP's attitude toward Ma Ying-jeou's visit is like a May day, and it seems extremely complicated and tense. Some members of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) have criticized Ma Ying-jeou's actions and claimed that he cannot represent the mainstream views of the Taiwan people. Ma Ying-jeou, on the other hand, is like a wise man, hoping that Lai Qingde will openly promise not to follow the crooked path of "Taiwan independence" at the upcoming inauguration ceremony, and use this as a golden shield to protect cross-strait peace.

At this critical moment, Taiwan's "Navy Commander" Tang Hua made a hurried visit to the United States to attend a meeting of the US Navy in Hawaii, and one of the important purposes of this visit was to participate in the US "island defense plan." This news has aroused widespread concern and heated discussions among all sides like a thunderbolt, and people have begun to worry about the security situation in the Taiwan Strait.
