Gezhouba Group's "Four Transformations" plan includes: overall objectives, specific content and safeguard measures. The overall goal is divided into two phased goals: 2025 and 2030, and the specific content clarifies the path and schedule of Gezhouba Group's "four major transformations". Combined with the major scientific and technological special actions of China Energy Construction, we will build seven innovation and development platforms, including the Green Intelligent Construction Research Institute, the Key Laboratory of Green Hydropower, the Intelligent Construction Technology Research Center for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, the Intelligent Transportation Research Institute, the Water Environment Treatment Technology Research Center, the Special Cement Production Technology R&D Center, and the Engineering Technology Research Institute.
