On April 16, Zumiao Street held the "Qingrui Sailing School" training course for young cadres, aiming to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, promote the "Qingrui Pioneer" cadre training plan in Zumiao Street, strengthen the political and theoretical literacy of young cadres, improve their ability to perform their duties and professional level, and focus on the "Millions of Projects" to unite young people. A total of 200 middle-level cadres were newly promoted in Zumiao Street, young cadres from street organs and institutions, and representatives of young cadres from villages (residences) in Zumiao Street participated in the training.
Based on the training principle of cultivating talents with hard work and promoting cadres with talents, based on the characteristics and needs of young cadres, the training forms of theoretical teaching, case analysis, experience sharing and other training forms are adopted to focus on the political construction and ability improvement of young cadres, and to build momentum to empower young cadres to cast their souls.
