On April 16, the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Bureau of Justice jointly organized a training activity for the popularization of law for all private enterprises with the theme of "Rule of Law Helps Enterprises and Seek Common Development", continuously improving the core competitiveness of private enterprises, and effectively promoting the high-quality development of China's private economy.
The training activity was held in the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee, and lawyer Shang Xianfeng, vice president of the Jiamusi Lawyers Association, legal adviser of the Fujin Municipal Government, and director of Heilongjiang Shang Xianfeng Law Firm, was invited to give a lecture on law popularization, to interpret the policy of helping enterprises and guide enterprises to use legal weapons to protect their legitimate rights and interests in the process of operation. At the same time, lawyer Shang Xianfeng also reminded enterprises to abide by the law, operate and manage in strict accordance with the law, do not cross the red line and do not touch the bottom line, the law is both fair and serious, and it is necessary to establish and maintain a good pro-Qing political and business relationship.
More than 80 sets of more than 500 law books were distributed at the training site, covering the Constitution, the Civil Code, the National Security Law, the Administrative Reconsideration Law, the Anti-Monopoly Law, the Provincial Mediation Regulations, the Provincial Regulations on Optimizing the Business Environment, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Fair Competition Review System and other laws and regulations. In the future, the Bureau of Justice will, as always, promote the promotion of the rule of law culture, so as to lay a solid foundation for optimizing the business environment and ensuring the high-quality development of enterprises.
