On April 15, the third phase of the resettlement house in Shenhua New Village, Shenmu City, held a house division ceremony. Meng Xiangping, member of the Standing Committee of the Shenmu Municipal Party Committee and deputy mayor, attended the ceremony and introduced the construction and distribution of resettlement housing. Heads of relevant units such as Shendong Coal Group, Daliuta Town, Jinjie Town, Binhe New District and other relevant units, as well as representatives of some relocated households, attended the ceremony.
The resettlement house is mainly divided into 510 families in Haojiahao Village, Jiajiapan Village, Houliuta Village, Daliuta Town, and Changsheng Caidang Village, Jinjie Town, with 1,454 sets of houses, and the work lasts for 3 days.
At the site of the house division, the staff explained the operation process of house selection to the villagers in detail, and the villagers waited for the lottery with smiles on their faces.
"Today I finally divided the room, the luck is OK, a total of 26 floors grabbed 15 floors, I am very satisfied. Hao Ruidong, who was assigned a room, was very excited, he was the first villager to line up to choose a number, and today he came with his wife and parents to choose a room number. He said frankly that his parents are old and have lived in a bungalow all their lives, and now they can share a spacious and bright building, which is a great joy for their family.
The whole process of subdivision is supervised by the Shenmu City Public Security Bureau, the Notary Office of the Justice Bureau and other units, and is carried out by two rounds of lottery. First of all, the villagers draw the house code, and then draw the house number according to the house type, and finally sign for confirmation. The on-site staff will carry out the flow work in order from the procedures of audit and confirmation, lot registration, housing confirmation, house price calculation, contract signing and other room division procedures.
It is understood that the third phase of Shenhua New Village is a project built by Shendong Coal Group and Shenmu Municipal Government in order to promote the harmonious development of local enterprises and solve the relocation and resettlement problems of residents in the coal mining subsidence area of Shendong Coal Group.
