Yesterday an app called "iGBA: GBA & GBC Retro Emulator" hit the App Store, a retro game emulator that allows players to download ROMs and play classic games from the GameBoy platform on iOS devices such as iPhone or iPad. However, at present, the App Store page of the app is no longer accessible, and I don't know if it was officially removed by Apple or removed by the developer itself.
Apple recently announced that the iOS App Store will allow retro game emulators to be listed. Previously, such apps had not been officially approved on the iPhone. However, the update also states that developers need to ensure that their software complies with the relevant guidelines and all applicable laws.
