In 3 years, the company's precision measurement team has grown from 8 people at the beginning of its establishment to 35 people today, from the "Xiaomi rifle" to the measurement "special forces" armed with 6 Leica (GS15), 6 Tianbao (R8S) GPS satellite positioning systems, 2 1-second total stations, 4 electronic levels, 2 rail inspection trolleys (1 Southern trolley, 1 Amberg GRP1000S trolley) and other equipment. As a professional surveying and mapping team with strong professionalism and high flexibility, the precision surveying team aims to help the company improve the quality and efficiency of surveying work, strengthen the company's survey review of projects, and meet the company's high-quality development needs. In order to ensure that its own management is scientific and efficient, the precision measurement team is managed by business segments, and each business segment is responsible for a special person, and detailed work arrangements are made according to the annual work plan and standards. At present, the business scope of the precision survey team covers control network measurement, tunnel wire network measurement, track construction survey, UAV terrain scanning, monitoring and measurement and settlement observation, etc., the members of the precision survey team have won a good reputation inside and outside the company with practical actions by virtue of their professional attitude and persistence of "being proficient in work, craftsmanship in the heart, and quality in action".
In order to ensure that the newly started project can obtain first-hand topographic data, in May 2021, the precision survey team made a bold attempt to purchase the first lidar 3D scanning drone of the whole group company and put it into use. "Once the aircraft takes off, we can only determine its location and flight status through the ground monitoring station, and we need to be vigilant at all times and pay attention to the various conditions of the aircraft. "Team member Pan Feng is always cautious and cautious when manipulating drones. As we all know, manual field surveying has safety risks in complex terrain or harsh environments, while UAV surveying and mapping has the characteristics of high accuracy, high efficiency, strong data analysis ability, easy operation, and can reduce the influence of human factors on surveying and mapping results. At present, the precision survey team has completed the topographic scanning and mapping of 12 internal projects including Luci Expressway using UAV 3D laser scanning technology, and extended this technology to the Yibin Vocational School project of the construction company and the G240 reconstruction project of the Xinhui to Niuwan corridor in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province of the three companies, which has been fully recognized by the group company.
Not only that, after the start of construction of the Hainan Yangpu Shugang Expressway Project in September 2023, the precision survey team actively contracted the retest of the Yangpu Shugang Expressway Control Network of Longjian Road and Bridge Co., Ltd., and expanded the measurement business to external enterprises of the group company for the first time, winning the reputation and accumulating experience for undertaking the measurement work outside the group company in the future.
Over the past three years, the precision survey team has successively completed the control network retest of 52 projects such as Guinan High-speed Railway, Nanheng Expressway, Pinglu Canal, and Guangzhou Qingsheng Hub with high quality, as well as UAV 3D laser scanning, settlement observation, monitoring and measurement, and ballastless track fine adjustment of dozens of projects, which have been highly recognized by the company and the project with their performance.

The retest of the control network is a very important work before the construction of the project, because the control point of the measurement is the key point in the construction of the project, and only by doing a good job of the retest of the control point can the accuracy of the tunnel, the whole line base and the bridge and culvert construction in the project be guaranteed, so as to ensure the overall quality of the railway project.
After the Liuwu Railway Project and the Chengdawan High-speed Railway Project won the bids one after another, the precision survey team actively responded to the company's call and quickly organized team members to work on the two projects. After arriving at the project, the precision survey team immediately connected with the design institute, completed the handover of the control network, and quickly organized personnel to carry out the retest of the precision network. At that time, it was the active period of solar storms, the ionosphere was active during the day, and the static measurements were strongly disturbed, so the precision survey team had to carry out the re-measurement work late at night. In order to complete the retest task in an orderly manner, help the team members overcome their inner fears, and ensure the safety of the team members, the precision survey team carefully prepared the measurement operation plan, planned human resources, measurement equipment, vehicle scheduling and logistics supply in a scientific and orderly manner, and reasonably determined the work content, measurement route and daily workload under the premise of ensuring safety. With the joint efforts of the project and the precision survey team, after a month of hard work, the precision network retest and the encrypted network test design were successfully completed, making an important contribution to the start of the two railway projects.
In November 2023, the news of winning the bid for the Huangbai Railway Project came, and the precision survey team quickly entered the site and began to prepare. "The tunnel of the Huangbai railway project accounts for 95.1%, as well as the longest Shangli tunnel in Guangxi, the task time is tight, the workload is large, we are ready to fight a tough battle, and the style of our precision measurement team is out. Before leaving, the captain Zhang Hongpu cheered for the members of the precision testing team. After arriving at the project, the precision survey team immediately entered the working state, and immediately went to the site to organize the control network handover pile and retest work after fully docking with the project, but due to the interference of environmental climate, geological complexity and other factors, the results of the measurement work on the first day were not ideal.
"Captain, the interference from the daytime measurement is too strong, or change it to night. Li Qinsong, the first team member to reach the project, suggested. In order to improve work efficiency and avoid the time period with strong interference, the precision survey team worked overtime to seize the construction period. At that time, it was a period of sudden drop in temperature, and the temperature could be worn in short sleeves during the day, and the temperature plummeted to below zero at night, and the team members withstood the sultry heat of mosquito bites during the day, braved the wet and cold wind at night, and smeared across the mountains and thorns, 58 days and nights, and completed the retest of the control network of the Huangbai Railway Project as scheduled, laying a solid foundation for the project to start construction and production before the Spring Festival in 2024.
