On the morning of April 14, the Memorial Hall of the Former Site of the Central Special Science and Technology Agency was opened in Jing'an District, Shanghai. This is a key project of Shanghai's implementation of the "Birthplace of the Party" red culture inheritance and promotion project.
Zhao Jiaming, member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department, and Zhang Yahong, Deputy Mayor of the Municipal Government and Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, attended the opening event. Leaders of relevant municipal departments and leaders of Jing'an District participated in the event.
Yu Yong, Secretary of the Jing'an District Party Committee, delivered a speech, and Wang Hua, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Mayor, presided over the opening event.
At the event, the memorial hall of the former site of the central special science and technology organ was named "National Public Security People's Police Revolutionary Traditional Education Base", "National National Security Education Base", "Military Intelligence Work Study Hall" and "Shanghai Party History Education Base". Four experts were hired as special researchers.
The memorial hall of the former site of the Central Special Science Agency is located at No. 14, Lane 930, Wuding Road, Jing'an District, including two parts: the basic exhibition hall and the special exhibition hall, with a total exhibition area of 286 square meters.
Among them, the basic exhibition hall includes four parts: "Preface Hall", "Born for the Party - The Establishment of the Central Special Branch", "Repeated Miraculous Achievements - The Main Achievements of the Central Special Branch" and "Gathering of Heroes - Famous Figures of the Central Special Branch", which reproduces the struggle of the Central Special Branch in Shanghai for the first time.
Focusing on the topics of "Defending the National Soviet Regional Congress", "The Cradle of the Communist Party of China's Radio Communication Work" and "The 'Three Heroes of Longtan' Who Penetrated the Core Department of the Enemy's Special Branch", the special exhibition hall of "The Main Achievements of the Central Special Branch" has created an immersive multimedia exhibition item of "The Three Heroes of Longtan", which interprets the thrilling heroic stories in a panoramic way, reproduces the immortal legend of the hidden front on the banks of the Huangpu River, and shows the noble spiritual demeanor of the Central Special Science workers who are loyal to the party, not afraid of sacrifice, selfless dedication, professional and capable, adventurous and difficult, and disciplined.
