On April 14, the 1386 New Year Festival of the Dai calendar in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture (2024 Songkran Festival) was brilliantly performed, and a wonderful national cultural feast was staged on the streets of Jinghong City.

Seven phalanxes, 48 performance teams, and 19 beautiful floats passed through the main street of Jinghong City and finally arrived at Songshui Square. The performance team lined up, performing while walking, and the gongs and drums were noisy and lively along the way.

It is reported that this year's parade pays special attention to showing the biodiversity and cultural diversity of Xishuangbanna, in addition to the traditional folk dance team, the parade team and float shape derived from the image of peacocks and elephants also add a "cute flavor" to this parade.
