I hope to explore more possibilities in flavor and taste, so after many attempts of various flavors, there are finally four flavors: original, green tea, coffee, and hazelnut. The original chocolate contains > 62% cocoa raw materials from Ghana, West Africa, which is the world's second largest cocoa bean producer, known as the "Gold Coast". The coffee chocolate content is > 64%, and the coffee flavor comes from the coffee freeze-dried powder made from the G1 coffee beans washed in Santaveni, Ethiopia, which are extracted and freeze-dried. The chocolate content of the green tea version is >62%, and the flavor of the green tea comes from Longjing original leaf tea, and only the young leaves of the tea leaves are selected. The hazelnut chocolate contains >51% ingredients, and the hazelnut flavor comes from the Turkish hazelnut kernel, which is slowly roasted and homogenized by hot air and made of hazelnut paste.
