In the Guangrao County Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau, the staff is conducting an "on-site" inspection of the agricultural machinery licensing business of the Guangrao Hongfeng Agricultural Machinery Farmer Professional Cooperative 20 kilometers away, confirming the key points of the inspection one by one, and completing the inspection task in less than ten minutes.
"Before, we need to go to the site for inspection of agricultural machinery licensing business, because agricultural machinery moves slowly, if it encounters the busy farming season, it takes half a day to waste most of the time back and forth. After arriving at the time of the inquest, the remote on-site inspection can be started, and the survey opinions can be issued on the spot, and the link of the inquest is reduced by 60% and the time is shortened by 80% compared with before. Also enjoying the convenience of video inspection is the handling of construction project planning permits. With the help of Guangrao remote inspection" smart platform, the on-site inspection of the planning permit for the second phase of Huatai's chemical wood pulp project with an annual output of 700,000 tons was also completed in only about 15 minutes.
"For a project like this built in the town street, it used to take us one or two hours to inspect the site back and forth, but now the staff can complete the video inspection in about ten minutes through the video connection with the public through the 'video office' in the office. Up to now, Guangrao County's "cloud inspection" covers more than 10 easy-to-identify and low-risk "cloud inspection" items in 5 categories, including labor dispatch permits, fresh milk transportation certificates and tractor combine harvester safety and technical inspections, providing online inspection services such as knowing survey standards, online appointments in advance, remote video surveys, real-time reminders for post-survey rectification, cloud archiving of survey videos and data, and remote online signature confirmation, so as to promote the whole scene, whole process and whole link of the inspection process "on the cloud" with "cloud speed" Enhance the efficiency of approvals.
