In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important expositions and instructions on the protection of cultural heritage and the spirit of the Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau's "Gansu Province "Longyuan Memory" Collection Project Implementation Plan", establish the concept of professional collection, "collect today for tomorrow", improve the museum's public cultural service level, solidify the memory of the family and country, and retain the positive role of nostalgia, comprehensively display the traces of economic and social development and changes in the land of Longyuan, and retain the memory of Gansu, according to the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics" and "Museum Regulations" Relevant laws and regulations on the management of cultural relics collections, combined with the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Reform and Development of Museums" issued by the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee and other nine ministries and commissions, and the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Reform and Development of Museums" by the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee and other nine departments, Jingyuan County Museum is open to all walks of life to solicit and advocate the donation of "Longyuan Memory" imprinted physical evidence collections, and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

Solicitation Criteria

In various periods, especially since the founding of the People's Republic of China, reflecting the social changes and progress of the times in our province with greater historical, artistic, scientific value and typical representative physical materials as the main content, strengthen the collection of relevant collections of the history of the party, the history of new China, the history of reform and opening up, and the history of socialist development, and pay attention to the collection of imprints and physical evidence that reflect economic and social development changes, intangible cultural heritage, rural history, production and life, folk customs, modern and contemporary art, poverty alleviation, anti-epidemic and disaster relief, etc.

(1) It reflects the social changes and the progress of the times in various regions of Jingyuan, and has certain historical, scientific and artistic value.

(2) Witnessing historical moments, which have direct witness significance or important supporting significance.

(3) It is on the verge of disappearing due to social development and changes, and is typical and representative.

Scope of Solicitation

(4) Physical evidence reflecting the fight against major natural disasters and major public health emergencies in each period.

(5) Intangible cultural heritage resources.

Classification of physical evidence

It is divided into 15 categories, including literature and archives, audio-visual materials, cultural and artistic works, contract documents, badges and plaques, tickets, daily necessities and utensils, production equipment and products, township rules and civil agreements, weights and measures, building components, items related to major events or important people, materials on fighting natural disasters and major public health emergencies, intangible cultural heritage resources, and others

Gansu Province "Longyuan Memory" collection project physical evidence classification standards

(1) Literature and archives

Reflect the county's economic and social development related to the historical chronicles, policies and regulations, report summaries, letters, publicity materials, books and other documents and archives. Including inscriptions, chronicles, rubbings, newspapers and periodicals, books, postcards, stamps, notices, ancient books, telegrams, notices, maps, maps, seals, test papers, calligraphy, manuscripts, diaries and all kinds of official documents, letters, inscriptions, drawings, leaflets, slogans, cartoons, magazines, etc., especially related to major events, important meetings and other related physical evidence.

How to solicit the public

1. Encourage relevant units or individuals to donate their legally owned collections to museums in line with the principle of "voluntary, public welfare, and free of charge".

2. For donations with clear directions and conditions, Jingyuan County Museum will sign a donation agreement with the donor to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, and go through the notarization procedures according to law if notarization is required.

3. Jingyuan County Museum will issue legal and valid receipts or donation letters to donors.
