Since the opening of the international passenger train of the China-Laos Railway, it has become the first choice for many Chinese and foreign tourists to travel, study, do business and cultural exchanges in an economical, convenient and comfortable way.

Yi Bofeng told reporters that when on duty, he encountered more situations to deal with "trivial matters" such as foreign passengers sitting at the station, looking for luggage, and finding seats. In the face of these "little things", she will do her best every time to bring warm service to passengers. "I represent the image of China's railways, so I must be strict with high standards. ”

Now she and her colleagues have been on this railway for a year. For the changes brought about by the operation of international trains, Ebor Feng has deep feelings. "Over the past year, there has been a significant increase in cross-border passengers, and the railway has shown its charm," she said. ”

From graduating from university to working in the Kunming Bureau of the National Railway, to taking the first train of the China-Laos Railway, and then to galloping between China and Laos, along the way, Ipovong's business ability has been continuously improved, and she has gradually grown from a "budding newcomer" to a qualified international passenger train attendant of the China-Laos Railway. She is now proficient in translating Chinese, English, Dai, Thai and Lao to communicate with passengers, and is becoming more and more proficient in the process.

Fang Ting of Mohan Border Inspection Station: Guarding at the "First Station of the Country"

"In the past year, the stopping time of international passenger trains on the China-Laos Railway has been compressed and the ticket volume has increased, and more and more passengers have chosen to travel across the border by train, which has promoted the efficient exchange of passenger flow, logistics and information flow along the line. Like Yi Bofeng, Ting, a special police officer on duty at the railway port of Mohan Border Inspection Station of Yunnan Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station, also felt the changes brought by this railway.

The Mohan border inspection station stationed here maintains the order, safety and stability of the port and escorts this "golden route". On the eve of the opening of the China-Laos Railway, in order to ensure the smooth opening of the international port of the China-Laos Railway, the Mohan Border Inspection Station selected a group of business backbones to set up a railway port duty team to carry out business training and drills around passenger inspection and release, train monitoring and inspection, and limited area control.

After the opening, the service process was continuously optimized and adjusted in combination with the actual situation to ensure the efficient and orderly completion of the inspection and release of each inbound and outbound train, and Fang Ting was one of them. In order to continuously improve her business skills, she has always insisted on the method of working, learning and solving problems at the same time.

Whenever she has free time, Fang Ting will carefully consult experienced inspectors and strive to learn the knowledge of border inspection business and the laws and policies involved. At the same time, she also kept abreast of relevant documents and policies and the latest international situation, constantly broadened her horizons, and laid a solid foundation for the development of various tasks.
