This event was guided by the Hunan Provincial Federation of Overseas Chinese and the Management Committee of Malanshan (Changsha) Video Cultural and Creative Park, hosted by Hunan Xingchen Online New Media Co., Ltd. and the Youth Committee of the Hunan Provincial Federation of Overseas Chinese, and undertaken by the Hanfu Branch of the Hunan Han Culture Research Association.
The Flower Dynasty Festival lasts for 2 days, during which there will be themed activities such as the Flower God Blessing Ceremony, Hanfu Parade and Garden Party, Cloud Dress Tour to Moon Lake, Flower Dynasty Market, Intangible Cultural Heritage Handicrafts, Han Second Generation Show and Youth Martial Arts, National Style Check-in Wall, and Global Chinese and Overseas Chinese Connection Blessings. The scene also introduced the folk music art with the theme of "flowers", bringing a "Flower Dynasty National Style Music Festival" to Changsha citizens and tourists.
