On April 12, 2024, Beijing United Strong Technology Co., Ltd. released the "First Quarterly Report of 2024", which showed that:
1. Operating income in the current report: 267,127,935.89, the same period of last year: 392,742,208.84, a decrease of -31.98% in the reporting period over the same period of last year;2. Net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies in the current reporting period: -33,276,306.45, loss in the same period of last year: -17,772,859.80; a decrease of -87.23% in the reporting period compared with the same period last year;3. Net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses loss in the reporting period: -37,214,382.66, loss in the same period of last year: -25,971,597.48, a decrease of -43.29% in the reporting period over the same period of last year;4. Net cash flow from operating activities (yuan): 8,334,934.21 in the reporting period, 195,445,508.17 in the same period of last year, a decrease of -95.74% in the reporting period over the same period of last year;5. Basic earnings per share loss in the reporting period: -0.0449 yuan/share, loss in the same period last year: -0.0240 yuan/share, a decrease of -87.08% in the reporting period compared with the same period last year. 6. Total assets reported in this period (RMB): 3,686,054,185.30, the same period of last year (RMB): 3,781,151,599.07, a decrease of -2.52% in the reporting period compared with the same period last year.
Prior to this, on May 18, 2023, United Strong received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (Penalty Zi [2023] No. 35). It has been found that Hezhong Strong has the following illegal facts: inflating revenue, costs and profits through fictitious radar-related businesses, inflating revenues, costs and profits through fictitious private network communication businesses, fictitious income from software sales and technical service fees, and recognizing bill discounting expenses across periods. The China Securities Regulatory Commission decided to order United Strong to make corrections, give a warning and impose a fine of 6 million yuan, give a warning to Guo Xinping and impose a fine of 4 million yuan, give a warning to Yuan Xuelin and impose a fine of 2 million yuan, and give a warning to Hou Hongmei and impose a fine of 500,000 yuan.
According to the Securities Law and the Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Trial of Civil Compensation Cases Arising from False Statements in the Securities Market, listed companies shall be liable for civil compensation if their rights and interests are damaged due to illegal information disclosure and misrepresentation, and the injured investors have the right to claim compensation for losses.
